Sunday 26th Last day of skating at VISUAL with live music 2pm-6pm
Final afternoon of SKATING, to the accompaniment of live music from members of the Cracked Bucket Band (who accompanied David Mansfield on the Opening Night) led by Eric Butler, and featuring a miscellany of local trad, folk, bluegrass and country musicians. Refreshments will be available all afternoon.

Panel Discussion with Pat Cooke and Aine O’Brien

Pat Cooke has twenty years experience in curatorial and heritage management, including work in the Kilmainham Gaol, Pearse Museum, and Blasket Island Centre. He has served as Chairperson of the Irish Museums Association, and is currently Director of the MA in Cultural Policy and Arts Management at UCD.
Áine O'Brien is Director of the Forum on Migration and Communications (FOMACS) and Co-director of the Centre for Transcultural Research and Media Practice, School of Media, DIT.
This will be followed by the Opening Night reception at 6pm. skating will be free on the opening night until 7. after which will be music and very short speeches, till 9.
